It is with saddened hearths that we heard about Silke Helfrich‘s passing.
Over the past, we got to know Silke through her inspiring and vibrant writing and activism on commons. Recently, we also had the privilege to get to know her in person, when she came to the IT University of Copenhagen to deliver an opening keynote for the Long now of the commons event. We appreciated and enjoyed her energy, friendliness and, at the same time, her passion, commitment and dedication towards commoning every aspect of life and human doings.
Together with many, countless others, we mourn Silke’s loss.
