Most citizens today are expected to be able to communicate and interact with the public sector digitally. But what does digitization mean to vulnerable older people?
This conference is the starting point for a new research project "Digital Marginalization of vurnerable older people" that investigate how this group experiences a world that is increasingly digital. When does the digital become a big challenge and when does it support the older people's life? The conference speakers begin with a specific look at vulnerable older people and then move to a general debate of socially vulnerable and digitalization.
