FemTech is an initiative established to give the female VIP at ITU an arena where issues related to gender issues in research and teaching can be discussed. This could include things like career paths for women in academia, issues related to be a female PhD-student, balancing family and professional ambitions, leadership training for women … and other stuff we find important. The ambition is also to foster more network among the female peers at ITU.
The event is annual and female VIP from each department take turns in being hosts. Additional meetings are very welcome.
