Researchers from TRACE organised a panel at Digital Tech Summit on “Digital Health: Progress at what Human Cost?”. In the panel, we shared our current research in a full room, emphasizing the importance of always considering the human aspects of digitalization in healthcare. Understanding human impact is a way to get much more out of the introduction of novel technologies, and we presented cases and preliminary insights to support this.
