Established in 1999, the IT University is the youngest university in Denmark, and focuses on inter-disciplinary research on information technologies. Approximately 2600 students are currently enrolled in one of the university\u2019s nine different educational bachelor or master programs. The IT University is located next to the faculty of Humanities of University of Copenhagen, The Danish Broadcasting Company in the heart of the developing city area of \u00d8restad.
