{"id":12,"date":"2018-08-28T09:04:26","date_gmt":"2018-08-28T09:04:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogit.itu.dk\/femtech\/?page_id=12"},"modified":"2018-08-31T08:01:50","modified_gmt":"2018-08-31T08:01:50","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogit.itu.dk\/femtech\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FemTech is an initiative established to give the female VIP at ITU an arena where&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">issues<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">related to gender issues in research and teaching can be discussed.&nbsp;<\/span>This could include things like career paths for women&nbsp; in academia, issues related to be a female PhD-student, balancing family and professional ambitions, leadership training for women \u2026 and other stuff we find important.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">The ambition is also&nbsp;to foster more network among the female peers at ITU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">The event is annual and female VIP from each department take turns in being hosts.
