(&#8230;) Furthermore, the contributions emphasize the strategies of Indigenous communities to confront and resist the effects of hydroelectric dams on their territories and ways of life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the chapter I co-author with Jean Carlos Hochsprung Miguel, we approach the Brazilian transmission system and energy planning from the perspective of the Anthropology of Infrastructures. We propose an analysis of the sociotechnical processes through which water resources inform electricity market decisions and are converted into technoeconomic artifacts.
