Chunrong Liu spring visit

On the 23rd of March, Professor of Political Science at Fudan University Chunrong Liu visited the Decoupling IT research group as a part of the project’s advisory board. During the visit Chunrong presented his ongoing research projects and gave valuable feedback to the Decoupling IT project researchers. The visit also served as a valuable perspective on the broader geopolitical trends that the project and the green transition intersect with.

Advisory board summer visit 

August 17-20, 2026

On the 17th of August we are very honored to be able to host the remaining Decoupling IT advisors, Emeritus Professor at Cambridge University Dame Marilyn Strathern, Professor at UCLA Christopher Kelty, Professor at Rice University Ilana Gershon and former Associate Professor at the IT-University of Copenhagen Ingmar Lippert. Among other things, the visit is intended to foster exchange of ideas, discussions of pressing topics and themes in light of the diverse academic profiles that will be present at the meeting, and to provide especially helpful feedback to the PhD students who are entering the final stages of their theses.
